Booking Policy

 

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Pre-registration can be arranged upon request and may incur an additional charge. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional charge.


Parking: Free parking is available.


No pets or smoking allowed


Silence between 22:00 and 08:00 please.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy


Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in (time indicated in the confirmation email), excluding payment fees. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel at least 14 full days before the local check-in time listed (indicated in the confirmation email). If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, there will be no refund.

For no-shows and early departures, all (remaining) nights are non-refundable.

Payment fees are non-refundable. These fees may vary depending on the payment platform.
