Conditions of Stay


1. Reservation and payment

Reservations are made exclusively via third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Natuurhuisje, ...) or through the Smoobu booking engine.
No payments are accepted on site.

Payment conditions are those defined by the platform used at the time of booking.


2. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions depend on the booking channel:

  • Via Booking.com, Airbnb and Natuurhuisje, ...
    Cancellation and refund conditions are those of the respective platform.
    Depending on the option selected, the reservation may:
  • be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, or
  • be non-refundable.
  • Via the Smoobu booking engine
    Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
    After this period, no refund can be granted.


3. Arrival and departure

  • Arrival (check-in): from 4:00 PM
  • Departure (check-out): by 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and cleaning schedules, but cannot be guaranteed.


4. Capacity, use and quiet hours

The maximum occupancy per accommodation is strictly limited to:

  • Chamois: 4 persons
  • Marmotte: 4 persons
  • Aigle: 2 persons


Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations.


Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
In case of arrival after 10:00 PM or departure before 8:00 AM, guests are kindly requested to remain quiet and respect the sleep of other residents.


5. Parking

Free parking is available for guests.


6. Liability

Stays are at the guests’ own responsibility.
The owner cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries or damages occurring in or around the accommodation, nor for activities practiced in the region (such as hiking, cycling or mountain sports).


7. Personal data and privacy

The owner does not directly collect personal data via the website, except what is strictly necessary for the management of a stay when applicable.

Reservations and communications are handled by the booking platforms used (Booking.com, Airbnb, Natuurhuisje, Smoobu, ...) and are subject to their respective privacy policies.

No personal data is used for tracking, analytics or marketing purposes, and no data is shared with third parties.

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation.
